Kentucky-made and accelerated-aged using ultrasonic waves for increased barrel-to-stave contact, then finished at Woodson's San Diego distillery in French oak Cabernet wine barrels used to produce his own Napa Valley Cabernet — delivering a uniquely balanced bourbon where Cabernet berry notes meet a smooth caramel backbone. Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
