Produced by Maestro Celestino Sernas in Santiago Matatlán using a donkey-pulled stone tahona wheel, traditional earthen oven roasting, and double distillation in copper pot stills, this is mezcal at its most authentic and uncompromising. Each batch yields approximately 1,500 liters — a testament to the rarity and craft behind every bottle.
