Where whisky meets chocolate — The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a stunning collaboration between The Macallan and world-renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of Casa Cacao, a celebrated hotel and chocolate factory in Girona, Spain. Whisky Maker Polly Logan drew inspiration from her immersive time at Casa Cacao to craft a single malt with deeply indulgent chocolate character.

Matured in a combination of American and European oak casks seasoned with sherry, this expression is a sensory bridge between two of the world's great artisan crafts — whisky making and fine chocolate.
