One of the great Highland single malts — The Dalmore 18 Year Old is a masterclass in multi-cask maturation, crafted by master distiller Richard Paterson at the Dalmore Distillery on the banks of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands. Aged first in American white oak bourbon barrels, then finished in a combination of Matusalem oloroso sherry butts, Apostoles sherry puncheons, and Amoroso sherry casks, it is rich, smooth, and deeply complex.
