Ireland meets Andalusia — Redbreast Lustau Edition is a unique collaboration between the Midleton Distillery in County Cork and Bodegas Lustau, one of Spain's most celebrated sherry producers. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills in the great Midleton tradition, and then given its final maturation in casks seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau — the result is the ultimate sherried expression of Redbreast, delivering a depth of fruit, spice, and sherry character that is unlike anything else in the Irish whiskey category.
