Made with the same high-quality grains as Buffalo Trace Bourbon, it was aged for seven years in specially designated Kosher barrels and bottled at 94 proof following strict Kosher protocols.

To maintain its Kosher status, these barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony witnessed by a cRc representative before Passover each year — avoiding issues of Jewish ownership over the holiday.
