From Japan's highest distillery. Produced at Mars Shinshu Distillery at 2,600 feet in the Japanese Alps, Iwai is named for Kiichiro Iwai — one of the founding fathers of Japanese whisky. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels, it delivers a corn-forward sweetness that bridges Japanese whisky and American bourbon beautifully.
