PRODUCERS NOTES: "Comprised of our oldest, finest rums, the youngest rum in Paraiso is 11 years old, while the oldest has aged for 23 years in white oak barrels. After ageing, the rums are blended together and rested in French XO casks - some of these casks are more than 60 years old. This artistry results in an impeccably smooth, medium-body rum with a distinctive deep amber color - quite possibly the finest rum ever sipped."
