The Producer Mezcal Arroqueño is a singular, terroir-forward expression crafted from Agave Oaxacensis (Arroqueño) — a wild agave that takes approximately 11 years to mature in Ejutla La Noria, Oaxaca. Produced by Maestro Juan Pacheco Santos using a bull-pulled stone tahona wheel and single distillation in a double-plated copper pot still, this mezcal is a pure, unfiltered window into one of Oaxaca's most prized agave varieties. With only ~580 liters per batch, every bottle is a rare find.
