The world's most adventurous bourbon — Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea is a Kentucky straight bourbon that literally sails the world before reaching your glass. In partnership with OCEARCH, a nonprofit dedicated to marine research and shark tracking, barrels of Jefferson's bourbon are strapped aboard the MV OCEARCH and sent to sea for years of ocean aging.

Crossing through the Panama Canal multiple times, exposed to salt air, humidity, and temperature swings, the result is a bourbon unlike anything aged on land — almost syrupy, deeply caramelized, and extraordinarily rich.
